GYTA outdoor optical cable is a kind of twisted armored optical cable, which is suitable for communication signal transmission in outdoor environment. Its structure is to insert a single or multi-mode optical fiber into a loose sleeve made of high modulus polyester material, which is filled with waterproof compounds. At the center of the core is a metal reinforcing core, which for some cores requires a layer of polyethylene (PE). Release the sleeve (and filling rope) around the center strengthening core to synthesize the compact circular cable core, and the gap in the cable core is filled with water filling. Plastic aluminum strip (APL) after extrusion polyethylene sheath into cable.

GYTA outdoor optical cable has excellent mechanical and environmental performance, and can resist tension, pressure and external environmental interference. In terms of optical fiber transmission, it has the advantages of low loss, low crosstalk and high bandwidth. Therefore, it is very important to select the suitable GYTA outdoor optical cable model and specifications according to the specific project requirements.

GYTA outdoor optical cable is a layer stranded armored optical cable designed for communication signal transmission in outdoor environment. The structural design of this fiber optic cable takes into account various environmental factors, such as temperature change, mechanical pressure and chemical corrosion, to ensure its reliability and stability.

Structurally, GYTA outdoor cable consists of the following main parts:

1. Optical fiber: the core part of the optical cable, responsible for transmitting data. The optical fiber is usually made of glass or plastic and is very tiny, usually only a few microns to tens of microns in diameter. In GYTA outdoor optical cables, multi-mode or single-mode optical fibers are usually used, depending on the application requirements.

2. Free sleeve: the fiber is put into the loose sleeve, which is made of high modulus material to protect the fiber from mechanical pressure and chemical corrosion. The sleeve is filled with waterproof compound to prevent moisture from entering the tube. In addition, the sleeve has another role, is to increase the softness of the cable, make it easier to install and use.

3. Strengthening core: the reinforcing core is the metal reinforcing component of the optical cable, located in the center of the optical cable. It is mainly used to increase the strength and tensile capacity of the optical cable, so that it can withstand the external mechanical pressure and tension. The reinforcing core is usually made of metallic materials such as aluminum or steel.

4. Polyethylene sheath: polyethylene sheath is the outermost protective layer of optical cable. It is made of high density polyethylene material to prevent the erosion of moisture, chemicals and other external environmental factors. In addition, polyethylene sheath also has the function of anti-ultraviolet aging, can protect the optical cable in the outdoor environment.

5. In addition, the GYTA outdoor cable typically has two to 24 fiber cores, each wrapped by a single fiber fiber. This structure can provide multi-mode (e. g. OM 2, OM 3, OM 4, etc.) or single mode (e. g. G.652D) fiber-optic transmission, depending on the project requirements. This structure can also provide higher fiber density and stronger mechanical properties, making it more suitable for large-scale, high-bandwidth communication transmission.

In terms of mechanical properties, GYTA outdoor optical cable has excellent tensile, compression and anti-interference performance. It can resist the external mechanical pressure and temperature changes, and ensure the stability and reliability of optical fiber transmission. In addition, the GYTA outdoor optical cable also has good environmental adaptability, and can work normally in a variety of harsh environments.
